Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hope Bethany MUA, every appointment is carefully reserved to provide each client with a personalized and professional experience. Please review the following policy regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds before booking services.
Retainers & Payments
All appointments and wedding dates require a non-refundable retainer/payment to secure your booking. Dates and appointment times are not reserved until the required payment and any necessary contract agreements have been completed.
Remaining balances are due by the agreed-upon date listed in your invoice or contract. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services.
Bridal Services
Due to the extensive preparation and limited availability required for wedding bookings, all bridal retainers and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes bridal trials, wedding day services, and bridal packages.
If a bridal client chooses to cancel services after booking, previously paid retainers and payments will not be refunded.
Non-Bridal Appointments
For special occasion, photoshoot, or other non-bridal makeup appointments:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

No-call/no-show appointments will not be refunded.

Clients arriving significantly late may need to forfeit their appointment time, and refunds will not be issued.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. One courtesy reschedule may be allowed for non-bridal appointments if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Bridal bookings may require a new contract or updated pricing if dates change.
Client Satisfaction
Every effort is made to ensure clients feel confident and satisfied with their makeup service. Any concerns should be communicated during the appointment so adjustments can be made in real time. Once services have been completed, refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, change of mind, or wear duration outside of recommended preparation and aftercare guidelines.
Emergencies & Artist Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Hope Bethany MUA must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, all reasonable efforts will be made to either reschedule services or provide a refund of payments made for any services unable to be completed.
By booking services, clients acknowledge they have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
